Welcome to HueStyle AI. By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of Service
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. HueStyle AI is intended for personal, non-commercial use related to fashion, styling, and wardrobe management.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
HueStyle AI offers monthly subscription plans and a free plan with limited features. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law in Spain.
3. AI Features and Recommendations
HueStyle AI uses artificial intelligence to provide styling suggestions, color analysis, and fashion recommendations. Results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. The AI chat assistant should only be used for topics related to fashion, clothing, wardrobe organization, and style combinations.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload, including selfies and vein photos used for skin tone analysis. By uploading content, you grant HueStyle AI permission to process and analyze it solely for providing app features and personalized recommendations.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HueStyle AI for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes. Users must not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content or misuse the AI assistant.
6. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Once deleted, personal data and uploaded content may be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All application content, branding, design, software, and features of HueStyle AI are owned by HueStyle AI and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
HueStyle AI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not responsible for decisions, purchases, or actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations or styling advice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes or claims will be handled within the legally established timeframes and under the jurisdiction of the applicable Spanish courts.
